Murals of the Wiregrass

Help support the newest Mural project, Wildlife in the Wiregrass.  It's as easy as eating a hamburger!

Wildlife in the Wiregrass has been chosen as the 23rd mural topic for the Murals of the Wiregrass. Some wildlife animals to be featured in the three part mural are on the verge of extinction including the Florida Panther, the Florida Black Bear and the Sturgeon Fish. It will focus on wildlife from the early to mid 1800s.
“Artist Eddie LeRoy is a nationally known wildlife artist who has been selected by our committee to paint the Wildlife in the Wiregrass,” said Chairman of the Mural Committee, Don Fabiani. “While the location is still to be determined, the three part mural is scheduled to be 168 feet long and feature over 42 animals, birds and fish.”
The Murals of the Wiregrass committee is in the fundraising phase for the Wildlife mural. Dothan residents can dine at Cheeburger Cheeburger on August 4 in Dothan and 15% of the proceeds will go to funding the new mural. Diners must present flyer to have funds donated to the mural.
