1st SATURDAY FAMILY DAY
The first saturday each month @ 10:30am
Families learn together during this hands-on workshop led by a WMA art educator. Kids love to discover mom's favorite color and laugh when dad's fingers get caught in those tiny scissors. Perfect for elementary-age children. Made possible in part by the Wachovia/Wells Fargo Foundation.

ART BIKE COMPETITION
Saturday, Sept 11 * noon - 4pm * During Dothan CityFest
The Wiregrass Museum of Art and the City of Dothan are teaming up for Art Bike Competition during the Dothan CityFest. Individuals and groups are invited to decorate a bike with whatever materials they choose. The theme is entirely up to the participant. However, you must be able to safely ride your bike.
Designs will be judged on execution, creative use of materials and originality. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded on the day of the races. Registration forms available at WMA, tues - sat, 10a - 5pm.
All ages encouraged to entered; Free!
Noon: Entries must meet at the Museum

CITYFEST KID'S KARNIVAL
Saturday, Sept 11 * 10a - 3:30p
Enjoy a "vintage" carnival as if it were the early 1900's. Each booth will have a vintage look and vendors will be dressed in period clothing. Choose from games such as balloon darts, Crazy Ball, Ball Toss, Frog Launcher and much more!
