In order to provide the Wiregrass area with quality lessons and local teachers with professional development in Arts education, the WMA education department also takes PD sessions.
This year, we went to the 2025 National Arts Integration and STEAM Conference in Baltimore.
We spent two days learning lessons, from fiber arts and music, to math, science, and how to make better lessons, among so many others!
Being Museum educators, we couldn’t visit Baltimore without visiting some of their museums and enjoying their outdoor art!
We can’t wait to see share what we’ve learned with you, and see what everyone creates!
