Art in Bloom

Art in Bloom celebrates creativity in the Wiregrass, in January WMA selects 12 individuals, groups, or organizations for the opportunity to create arrangements for public viewing near the works they are inspired by.

Art in Bloom is WMA's flagship annual event, and it's unlike anything else on our calendar. Talented floral designers from across the region are each paired with a piece from our permanent collection, then challenged to create a floral design that responds to it. The result fills our galleries with living arrangements set directly alongside the artwork that inspired them.

How do I get Started?

Participation in Art in Bloom does not require a fee, and is available on a first-come reservation basis, beginning December 2025. All participants agreed to attend an information session and to abide by WMA’s guidelines. Click here to review the guidelines and apply for Art in Bloom 2026.
