Sean Crutchfield explores the region in which he lives, capturing the everyday sites he sees along the way. Whether an abandoned home, a roadside attraction, or a group of passersby, his photographs are haunting and beautiful at once. Crutchfield experiments with film photography as his medium, documenting small towns throughout the Wiregrass.
Sean Crutchfield is a film photographer and native of the Florida panhandle with an affinity for the people, landscapes, and vernacular architecture of the American South. He can be found driving around the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama tristate area looking for images to share on his Instagram account, @the.grain.silo, and his website, crutchphoto.com.
