Research shows that doing art, even just doodling, lowers stress and anxiety. Even if you think you can’t draw, keeping a sketchbook is a great way to benefit from the creative process. Come learn more about the mindfulness and wellness benefits of keeping a sketchbook and how I use my own sketchbooks and supplies to relax and take mental breaks. We’ll play with all kinds of materials to make fun sketches and we’ll talk about different kinds of sketchbooks and paper.
