Want to incorporate art into other subjects but aren’t sure where to begin?
According to the Institute for Arts Integration and STEAM, arts integration is “the connective
pathway toward reaching and teaching every child and empowers educators in their
professional growth.”This workshop will give you ideas for how the arts can make other subject
areas come to life and give you the tools to create connective pathways in your
classroom.Participants will work with different mediums and take part in engaging
arts-based activities that they can then take with them and modify for their classroom. This course is open to all who have questions about making art instruction work in a virtual world.
