About Chintia Kirana

Chintia Kirana is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and art activist. Her works have been featured in solo and group exhibitions nationally and internationally in Dubai-UAE, Malaysia, South Korea, Bangladesh, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Croatia. In venues such as ISE Cultural Foundation (New York, USA), Zhou B. Art Center (Chicago, USA), Sienna Art Institute (Sienna, Italy), The Whitney Museum of American Art (New York, USA), Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts (Alabama, USA), and here at the Wiregrass Museum. She is currently serving on the Board of Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts and teaching at a Visual and Performing Arts School in Montgomery, AL.

Kirana’s exhibition will be on view in the Blumberg Gallery through June 26. She is also the guest curator of Path of Entry, an exhibition featuring her work along with that on five other international artists. It is also on view through the 26th.
